Please check with your hosting. As far that I know, language shouldn't matter. Are you using something different than Latin1(or english)?

Anyone else has this same problem?
I tested on both of my server, one from an ISP and the other is my own linux sever, and they work just fine.

What is your mySQL version. Please check the readme file from the package to see if the mySQL version is the same or higher.
Your error seems to be related to your version of mySQL

I don't use godaddy for anything so I can tell you why you have the problem. Please read the Readme file for the version of mySQL I have tested on. It should work for all version.
Your only problem now is to import superbowl.sql to your database correctly and don't forget to edit config.php to your setting.
